The Good Shepherd Trust has a Trust wide Complaints Policy and Procedure which must
be followed for any complaints. The policy sets out the procedure to be followed for all
complaints, irrespective of which team member the complaint relates to. You can find
both the policy and the forms to complete on the GST website (please use the link above).

Alternatively, they can be requested from the school office too.
