Parents’ Evening November 2025
Appointments will be held on the following dates for all classes:
Tuesday 11th November 2025 3.30pm – 6.00pm
Thursday 13th November 2025 3.30pm – 6.00pm
This is an opportunity to discuss how your child is settling into their class. For all appointments there is a limited time of 10 minutes per child (parents with children in Nightingale class will have 20 minutes).
For Years R-2 the appointments will be in the Infant School classrooms. Please come into school via the front main entrance.
For Years 3-6 the appointments will be in the Junior School main hall. Please come into school via the front main entrance.
If you feel you need to arrange extra time to discuss a particular issue, then you are welcome to make a further telephone appointment with your child’s class teacher. We value the partnership we have with you as parents, so we very much hope you will attend on one of the evenings.
If you cannot make these times for any reason, please speak to your child’s class teacher who will happily arrange a telephone appointment for another time, either before or at the end of the school day.
We will use Scopay to book your appointment. Please ensure you have activated your account. The Scopay booking system will open at 3.30pm on Friday 17th October and will close at 9.00am on Monday 10th November. Should you wish to make any changes after this date please contact the relevant school office.
After School Clubs
· Staff run clubs will be cancelled this week – This includes Arts and Crafts (Juniors) Sewing, Drawing and Choir (Infants).
· Minecraft Club and PDA Football taking place on Tuesday 11th November and Premier Cricket taking place on Thursday 13th November will run as usual.
