Parents' Evening
Parents’ Evenings, November 2026 and March 2027
Appointments will be held on the following dates for all classes:
Tuesday 10th November 2026 3.30pm – 6.00pm
Thursday 12th November 2026 3.30pm – 6.00pm
Tuesday 16th March 2027 3.30pm - 6.00pm
Thursday 18th March 2027 3.30pm - 6.00pm
This is an opportunity to discuss how your child is settling into their class. For all appointments there is a limited time of 10 minutes per child (parents with children in Nightingale class will have 20 minutes).
For Years R-2 the appointments will be in the Infant School classrooms. Please come into school via the front main entrance.
For Years 3-6 the appointments will be in the Junior School main hall. Please come into school via the front main entrance.
If you feel you need to arrange extra time to discuss a particular issue, then you are welcome to make a further telephone appointment with your child’s class teacher. We value the partnership we have with you as parents, so we very much hope you will attend on one of the evenings.
If you cannot make these times for any reason, please speak to your child’s class teacher who will happily arrange a telephone appointment for another time, either before or at the end of the school day.
We will use Scopay to book your appointment. Please ensure you have activated your account. For the November Parents' evening, the Scopay booking system will open at 3.30pm on Friday 9th October and will close at 9.00am on Monday 9th November. Should you wish to make any changes after this date please contact the relevant school office.
After School Clubs
· Staff run clubs will be cancelled this week – This includes Arts and Crafts (Juniors) Sewing, Drawing and Choir (Infants).
· Minecraft Club and PDA Football taking place on Tuesday 10th November and Premier Cricket taking place on Thursday 12th November will run as usual.
